I’m hunting daywear in all categories but I’ve (finally) covered my basic quota hence I’m looking for something more popping to go with my new black FRAME DENIM. I just saw these Texan boot from SERGIO ROSSI. Very tempting since in my opinion they make the most comfortable shoes for women.

My everyday belongings from SAINT LAURENT are a monogrammed wallet with a chain (using it as a cross bag) and a card holder (that I got from my sweet boyfriend for Christmas that you might have spotted in earlier blog post), both in black quilted leather with the texture “grain-de-poudre”. This is great for the everyday usage since it’s less sensitive than regular nappa leather and also I think it makes it look more vintage, which goes perfectly with my lifestyle.
Started this Monday morning with reading the latest December edition of Vogue Paris (one of the best ones in a long time especially Emmanuelle Alt’s editor letter and the photoshoot with the icon Inès de la Fressange), having my Mariage Frères tea and prepping my New Year’s Eve outfit. I’m also very happy over something else that you might be able to spot on the table…

Enfin à Paris! After some work I’m finally back in Paris. Here to spend time with my boyfriend, friends and eat a lot. First out a brunch at my local favorite restaurant Loup.
For the actual Christmas Day, me and Mickael went for a long walk through Hyde Park, Green Park, Buckingham Palace and back again to Notting Hill. I broke into my new cashmere coat from MAXMARA (love the hood) and black Le High Skinny jean from FRAME DENIM, paired with my MANOLO BLAHNIK over-the-knee boots and GIVENCHY envelope clutch.

So tell me, what was your favorite gift this year?
Yesterday was my first time not celebrating Christmas in Stockholm with my family. Instead I was in London celebrating with my Swedish friends here. Christmas Eve was done like back home yet with tweak since we couldn’t find all the food. But thank God there’s the shop called Totally Swedish in Marylebone. We pretty much ended up with having our favorite things on the table without over-doing it such as glögg, gravad lax, köttbullar, pepparkakor and lussebullar. More about the gifts in my next blog post, but apparently I’ve been a good girl this year…
