Yesterday we took a stroll on Rue Saint Honoré to see what the sales had to offer. My last stop was CHANEL at Rue Cambon, literally because I know myself. It’s simply too sassy. A few euros later I ended up with a pair of summer sandals, with more cushions than my sofa – making me feel like a baby flying. I really like the touch of the twinkle Texas stars on T strap, just wishing the summer was here in a blink. Don’t you too?
Earlier today in Paris, sitting here by my fountain waiting for a coffee (yet smiling). Wearing my cashmere coat from MAXMARA, jeans from FRAME DENIM and favorite quilted ankle boats from & OTHER STORIES.
There are no words to what happened in Paris this week. Ceci n’est pas une religion.
Before leaving Megeve we had our a final dinner at Refuge and after that we just popped next door to La Sauvageonne. I was wearing my new DIANE VON FURSTENBERG dress and an improvised hat. So far these are my two favourite places and if you’re around no doubt you have get a reservation in.

Hey, how’s it going? I guess most of you guys are back from vacation and scrutinized into work. Admit it, how many of us does really like the sound of going back to reality? If you’re like me having a hard time getting out of bed early in the morning, we can now glad ourselves with saying spring is actually around the corner to make life easier. Just think about the new collections popping up, new motivation added, new year’s resolutions to break and then the light to come (we all need you sun).
Lately, I’ve been traveling a lot to see friends and love, so I haven’t had the time yet to fulfill my idea of doing a vacation collage. However, I thought I could share my first 2015 Style Notes instead. Basically, I’m hunting the perfect Spring 2015 bag, which has now come down to a camera bag. However, I can’t decide whether I’m a bit bored of the CÉLINE, SAINT LAURENT and HERMÈS ones. Don’t get me wrong, they’re all really great bags for your wardrobe but it’s just that after living in Paris for over 15 months – it’s all you see, everywhere (plus Chanels). My choice today is therefore the new VALENTINO camera bag in taupe nappa. This one has more of a character and speaks to me in new way. It also would go perfect to your straight cropped jean. Hello from Côte 2000! When skiing I’m wearing a jacket from UNIQLO, sunnies from SPEKTRE, wool scarf from H&M KIDS, leather gloves from HESTRA and fitted ski pants from PEAK PERFORMANCE.
We’ve been having the most amazing time ever in Megève. Imagine sunshine, powder snow and lunch breaks everyday in the slopes. Even though it’s not that high up, the village is probably one of the most beautiful ones that I know of in the French Alps. What’s really great too is that it’s situated only 40 minutes from Chamonix, if you would want to climb Mont Blanc heights. I simply love it here because it’s cute, charming and has many good restaurants. Enjoy some of my snowy iPhone photos and happy Monday!

Cheers from the slopes! We’re having an amazing time over here with some vin chaud and rosé. Couldn’t have wished for a better start of 2015 than this. The only sad thing is that I lost my camera today when going off-pist, so I won’t be able to post any great photos instead you have to be patient with my iPhone. Anyway, I hope you had a fantastic New Year’s Eve and let this year be the best yet.
