Wearing a necklace that I borrow from my friend, shearling jacket (a sample), blouse and handbag from H&M and skirt H&M Trend, stilettos by Manolo Blahnik. Today we’re celebrating International Women’s Day! This makes me think of an independent woman that can do whatever she wants to and still be respected and appreciated for that AND get the same pay for it. Unfortunately this is not the reality for all women out there, which hurts me so much to think about. Kiss and hugh your girls today! Today is a wonderful day and anything can happen. xx

Today we had winter, fall and spring at the same time in Paris – something we in Sweden would call a typical “April weather”. On my way to Elie Saab show it was raining cats and dogs and right after the show of course stunning sun. I wore pumps by Chanel (that I hope survived the mud walk in Jardin des Tuileries), 20 den Wolford tights, handbag by Valentino, cape from H&M Trend, dress by DVF and necklace by Oscar de la Renta.
Monday again and today I’m looking forward to Elie Saab and Hope’s shows. Can’t wait to see what gorgeous gowns will walk down the catwalk… xx
Today’s favorite show was Chloé. Being a hopeless romantic I couldn’t help myself from liking the flirty collection. Color wise a very smooth collection (ivory, creme, taupe, camel, berry pink, burgundy and black), impacts from the 80’s gold embelishment and 20’s fringes, the sign was clear: lengths over-the-knee in all garments, transparency, rich coats and fur kisses. Above are my favorite looks from the catwalk. The coats got stuck on my mind and leopard never seems to go out of fashion…

Last night’s fashion toastes goes to the shoe maison Aperlaï and artist Marie Laffont @244 Rue Rivoli. The art collaboration we all been waiting for finally went live. I simply can’t think of a better fusion than the two shoe maniacs Alessandra Lanvin and Marie Laffont – such positive and dynamic spirits – that brings all to the table and voilà the expo was just stunning. Who could make shoes talk more than them? To sum up Laffont has captured the everyday object (shoes) not only as something fashionable but also as a mobile object and taken it through the sidewalk of life. Suddenly it gets immobile and frozen. Scary but at the same time simply perfect. Love the interpretation and different associations that can be put into something as heavenly as shoes. Yes the shoe nerd is speaking… Enjoy the snapshots!
