Yesterday was my last night in London and my friends took me to Chiltern Firehouse. If you haven’t been yet you got to go – it’s a bit like The Standard in New York with a dining place and then a separate bar/club. This is what I was wearing a new cropped ribbed t-shirt from Alexander Wang, same good old leather jacket, sandals, pants and bag by Saint Laurent.
This impeccable Tiffany T collection by Tiffany & CO’s new appointed design director Francesca Amfitheatrof is just so solid. It’s simple and clean, goes to any day or night outfit, gives you power and attitude or as she puts it: “The letter T is sculptural and bold and very closely linked to the architecture of New York City… I believe there is a great power in simplicity” and I couldn’t agree more. I for sure would like one in September when they launch the entire collection.

Waking up at my friend Britni’s place is like being the Queen of England. She literally makes me breakfast everyday. Talk about getting back to my healthy roots. Besides this I must say London is really delivering or as I would say in French “pas mal”.
Popped by Jak’s in Knightsbridge to have lunch with Malin that I haven’t seen since our St Tropez trip back in July. First time here but I really like it. If you prefer local produced and a touch of the Mediterranean cuisine mixed up with good looking people, this place will be your best friend. Personally, I really missed making my own sallad and having my green juice since moving to Paris so I was sort of in heaven.
On Saturday it was time for the big celebration of my wonderful friend Gizela. She’s one of my best friends that I’ve known since high-school and if there’s a birthday not to miss, well it’s her big 30. The venu was held in the cutest backyard of The Whippet Inn. After hours of catch-up with everybody I haven’t seen since the weeding two years ago, mingle and all that, it was finally time for the best – the birthday cake – a dangerous red velvet dream. Thereafter we headed to Paradise for some dancing. A pretty fantastic weekend in London I must say. Looking forward to more of it!
Last night on my way to my friend’s birthday soiree in a velvet dress I got in Las Vegas from Saks, leather jacket H&M Trend, bag from Saint Laurent and sandals from Zara.
If have a sweet tooth like me you can’t miss out on Ottolenghi if you’re in the neighborhoods. Getting a table can be up to 30-40 minutes and in that case I suggest you do a take-away like I did yesterday. The passion meringue tart is just to die for.
BOOM! I just arrived in London and currently residing on Portobello Road, where my friend Britni lives. I’m full of energy and ready to meet the city. Got to love this feeling! I might need some help though since it’s been long time no seen (or November but back then it was freezing). What’s your favorite spots, shops and coffee corners? Today’s outfit is an army shirt from H&M L.O.G.G., pants in crocodile jacquard are samples we created at H&M two falls ago, strappy sandals from Zara and clutch by Saint Laurent.
