Speaking about Costa Rica makes me hallucinating about frozen margaritas and quesadillas (I can literally live out of that). Since it’s Throwback Thursday, dusk and rain outdoors, I thought we be better off with traveling back in time. Coffee from Angelique at Bleecker Street in the middle of March +20C with Freja back in 2010. I remember that I had just flew back from a two weeks’ vacation in Costa Rica, still wearing my beach dress on from CR, vintage tweed, MARC BY MARC JACOBS sassy flipflops and corky heart sunnies. However looking at the weather today it looks slightly snowier over in NYC… Bring the heat on pretty please!

When Mondays use to consist of after work photo shoots at my NYC rooftop and when the higher heels the better, were a norm. Flashback from spring 2010 and when I was wearing my silk long sleeve ACNE STUDIOS dress, tumbled leather ALEXANDER WANG platforms and MARC BY MARC JACOBS bag, dressed down with a vintage leather jacket. I remember loving this dress and I think I have to dig it up when going home. Isn’t it the best when you fall in love all over again?
If you have don’t have dryer, what do you do? Well luckily we found Britni a cute Laundrette just around the corner from her. Love finding old-school stuff like this. It makes me go back in time trying to imagine how it was living back in the 70s or whenever the place opened. Things like this you would never find from where I’m from in Sweden.
Spring is in the air and what better than investing in a pair of new sunglasses? I’d like to try something new this season. I got my eyes on PRADA’s retro frames with metallic tweaks. Who’s yours on?
