For me it’s all in the details, weather it’s wearing a pair of tassel earrings to a long pendant or golden bangle, it’s all important highlights. Especially for your LBD outfit you may have coming for your Christmas parties. This gives that look an unobvious tweak without too much attention drawn on you, which can be quite nice. For the holiday, I’m going to invest in a new black velvet dress and match it with these round-toe Chanel pumps that I got two years ago. For me it’s clearly in the heels…

Today’s choice a salmon, avocado, gluten free (first time ever I see this in Paris) club sandwich at Hôtel Costes for brunch. Probably the best thing I had in a very long time. This is also a perfect place to hide from the winter cold… Hope you had fantastic weekend too – mine was very calm, mostly recovering from last big week and bad throat..!

A yummie tradition worth celebrating in Europe too, even though it was America the pilgrims went to… Today I always send some extra thoughts to those who I love while also trying to be thankful to everything that I got, gotten and will receive in the future, as it is easy to take things for granted and today we can easily stop for teen seconds and show how grateful and blessed we are. Happy Sunday! Isn’t freezing out there? I’m heating up with green tea from Harrods and hot espresso shots, yum yum. This brings us to newness! Can you believe December and Christmas parties are just around the corner? For this season I’m looking to elevate my outfits with small highlights rather than going all in sequins (or you know what I mean). ?? Paris, you took me with storm one warm fall evening in Saint-Germain-des-Prés at the Café de Flore terrace, back in 2013. I don’t remember much from that night but what I do know is that I woke up with a big red smile on my lips the following day. You directly opened up your arms and unconditionally gave me everything without any judgmental questions – from true love, warm friendships who accepted me for who I (bizarrely) am, an additional carrying family to overdoses of art, architecture, philosophy, culture and mode. Then came winter and on my menu was true French men, the beautiful French language, true romance, late dusty nights, a new best friend and très bon red vine. When melancholia was about to take over, snow luckily melted into spring and joy flirted his way through ’til summer with croissants, macaroons and chocolate, under his arm. When sunny afternoons turned into friendly apéros with never ending rosé, cheese, baguettes, coffee and cigarettes – any possible sight of a free brasserie corner outdoor terrace was worth everything single champagne bubble laughter, where we would be constantly surrounded by intangible style, grace and fashion porn.
