ONE of the best store in New York City is Bird where you can find a unique mix of contemporary and high-end fashion are located Brooklyn. It was voted Best Women’s Boutique in New York City by New York Magazine and Top Visionary Boutique in the United States by Lucky Magazine. This year they opened a new location at 203 Grand Street, which use to be an old bred factory and interior is kept in its original shape with recycled wood covering parts of the walls – pretty cool if you ask me. I was there my first time this week to see Bird presenting design duo Fredericks and Mae and doing some awesome shopping. Thank you all for a great evening!!
24 HOURS before all the girls arrive – I CANT WAIT! However, Cat (or Katharina/Kattis as you might know her by) flew in a few days earlier to make my weekdays totally nuts. Funny thing is that she actually use to live here for 5 years and probably knows the city way better than me, also that she moves back to Stockholm when I finally get over here. SO, how foxy is her polka dot dress is – je voudrais!

HI lovebirds! This week is probably the most amazing one ever coming up. My Swedish girlfriends are flying in for a week and I’m not sure what will happen but the city won’t be calm that’s for sure. I’m thinking of taking them to new, cute, hip places – Beauty & Essex, The Meatball Shop, Le Bain, Mister H, Mari Vanna… PLEASE help me out – what’s your favorites?
