Monday is probably the day I consume the most coffee. Starting at home with two espressos (yes and never less than 9 in intensity, after my tea), then it gets over to a soy cappo by lunch and back again on espressos. If you’re in Paris and trying to skip lactose (which is almost impossible here) I suggest you go to Rose Bakery in Le Marais or Pigalle. You can also get gluten free stuff here. Okay let’s take a coffee and pretend fall never happened (and that the sound of rain is just the new beat).
