MORNING SMOOTHIE

perfect smoothie

If you haven’t seen my smoothies before this is one of them! Start with getting a package of berries (I prefer blueberries and raspberries), then a banan, a ginger and a lime.  Toss it all into a blender (just a few slices of ginger) and mix it with cinnamon, a spoon of white chia seeds and raw milled linseeds, mint leafs and 3-4dl water. Spin it on the slowest speed (so you don’t lose the vitamins). If you’re bold toss some spirulina into it too – et voilà! It will kick start your week for sure!
