Snapshots from our dinner and evening this Friday @Balthazar. When I go here I always take the sea bass with sauteed spinach on the side and oyster for starter. Wine is always good – think Alsace. Desert I like their sorbet or truffle. Then we continued evening @Lafayette and @Ken & Cook.
