ON Sunday the girls wanted to some more shopping (!) and this go around they were looking for DEPARTMENT stores. So of course I took them to my favorite one Barneys, where we end up having a fabulous brunch at their restaurant called Fred’s. Later on we pretty much covered the whole Fifth Avenue among stores such as Bergdorf Goodman, SAKS (where Maison Martin Margiela perfume Untitled is available exclusively for a year) and Henri Bendel. Can I just say that Poffa bought THE fall bag and that I pretty much want to steal it? However, after that purchase there was literally nothing that could live up to our degree of excitement so I decided to take them downtown for some great coffee at Mud in East Village, where my friend Filip popped by to say hello. Somewhere in between dinner at Gemma and coffee we also managed to squeeze in a super affordable manicure + pedicure at Orchid. Have a look
