OAXEN SLIP

Stockholm April 2017

THIS is one of my favorite spots in Stockholm at Djurgården. Oaxen Slip is originally a fancy restaurant out in the Swedish archipelago, where they since a few years back brought the more low key bistro concept into the city yet a bit off shore to maintain the calmness and harmony, right next to water. And as yummie as always, where I prefer to brunch (herrings what else?).

Min favoritpärla i Stockholm ligger ute på Djurgården. För som känner till Oaxen från skärgården då har ni stads varianten här, ett bistro för den som gillar det lite mer low key och nära till havet, och lika gott som alltid!

SATURDAY BRUNCH

Paris brunch Oct 2016

THIS weekend I had friends in town from London. After Friday’s fashion parties… Say no more… I though Hôtel Amour in the 9th arrondissement be a good idea. I love just going here for a coffee or after work in their tropical backyard. But now with their new veggie brunch I strongly recommend you to brunch. Hope you had a lovely weekend too!

WEDDING BRUNCH

CARL MAITE WEDDING JUNE 2016

Sunday noon we were all invited to the most gorgeous post-wedding brunch ever. In front of the ocean we could relax around rounded tables to lounge music and later on a beach party, again…

SATURDAY BRUNCH

London from my iPhone April 2016

This weekend we stayed in London and enjoyed the awesome spring weather. If you’re willing to spend £30 and have unlimited Prosecco, Villandry is the place for you. Especially the one on Great Portland Street, kind off the hook a bit but less busy and very nice. As the sun was out we popped the terrace hangout…

AUBAINE BRUNCH

London February 2015pain perdu

Finally feeling better! Been dragging on with some mysterious flue forever it feels like but now (knock on wood) I’m back in the game. That we celebrated with a brunch at Aubaine in Marylebone while making some future plans that I can’t tell you about know. But to be continued…

MATAMATA

Paris February 2015
The hunt for a perfect coffee is always on my mind, especially when in Paris since there’s so few of them. A recent new-opened coffee shop around the corner from me in the 2nd arrondissement is Matamata. Here you get perfect brewed coffee and a cute brunch like this.
