BALENCIAGAIF you’re in Paris anytime soon you have to pop by Musée Bourdelle (Paris 15e), where the exhibition entitled:

Balenciaga, l’oeuvre au noir is holding place between March 8th – July 16th.

The Palais Galliera is paying homage to the couturiers’ couturier, Cristóbal Balenciaga at this amazing late 19th-and early 20th-century sculptor museum. The exhibition resonates with the black tones of an alchemist of haute couture. Black is actually the theme and aka Balenciaga’s inspiration:

Black, for spiritual underpinnings of his work were the folklore and traditions of his Spanish childhood. Black, for the ascetic taste of this extraordinarily skilful tailor who gave us: the barrel line (1947), the balloon (1950), the semi-fitted (1951), the tunic dress (1955), and the sack dress (1957). Black, for the monastic influence on the master, of whom Dior once said: ‘Clothes were his religion’. You will see anything from day clothes, a suit, a jacket, evening outfits and also cocktail dresses lined in wonderful silk taffeta, edged with fringes, decorated with soft satin ribbons, jet beads, sequins, accessories, you name it , all in black, of course.

MISSA inte Balenciagas fantastiska utställning på Musée Bourdelle från 8 mars till 16 juli!

Givenchy bag

SAY bonjour to my spring bag Pandora!

What I love about this bag is the size and its adjustable strap, you can wear it on the shoulder or as a cross body. Simply perfect for work! Then of course there’s a tiny detail that makes me secretly smile, which actually makes all the difference, and it’s the red pipings. Look they’re so delicate!

Ny väska från Givenchy, älskar de röda kanterna!

OFF WHITEEVEN thought it’s Men’s Fashion and Haute Couture Week in Paris at the moment, some brands are mixing up their runways with Women’s Ready-to-Wear pieces. A favorite that I mainly been admiring for Men’s RTW actually walked off some really sharp looks. Off White’s four ladies above are show how I wanna dress today, everyday. I’m sort of high on these outfits.

XMAS is around the corner and I just checked out from the office! YE HAWW! Going back home now to pack up for Costa Rica for my second time in life – gosh I’ve missed you fab country. On my wish list there is (besides mucho sun) not so unsurprisingly a few swimsuits but also cosy things for the winter when I come back:

Sporty swimsuit in grey jersey from MOSCHINO

Chic swimsuit in nude ripstop with raw scallop edges from MARYSIA

Cosy knitwear and scarf from ACNE STUDIOS

New scooter helmet from HEDON

Warm natural shearling shoes from FENDI

Vacay mood

SORRY for lack of updates but I’m still working on a project that I will tell you more about later. Meaning, I haven’t stopped blogging, just reprioritizing slightly as my full time job is currently 24/7. So don’t worry I’m still taking photos, documenting and planning beautiful guides for you, maybe even on Swedish (!!). Until then, I’m drifting away to our winter holidays that’s around the corner that this year will be spent somewhere warm and exotic. Simply can’t wait to go!! Style wise I’m sort of planning this Baywatch boho babe look. Where do you reckon I can get a high cut swimsuit and bohemian straw hat? Thank you for all your help!!

IF I wouldn’t be working closely with the products, I would indeed be working on the campaign side. I love participating and styling on the photoshoots, but I also love creating the products and then one day to see them on an ad campaign. Today the 90’s bitch is strongly present inside of me, which makes me drift away to a few epic 90’s creatures who at its time did what they do best: minimalistic, clean and no bull shit ads. Here we go Helmut Lang, Jil Sander, Calvin Klein and Marc Jacobs…

LOVELY bright Sunday. I just got back home from a brunch in Marais to get changed for a run by the Seine (hopefully to catch the last sun). But before, just a quick scroll through the Vogue news, where I can’t get enough of the runways that’s been going on outside the fashion shows. A few favorites from Paris Fashion Week follows…

TODAY we’re celebrating that I have reach over 20 000 followers on Pinterest with a “best of denim & tee” Monday! I’m just so happy and thankful for all your support. To able to spread inspiration is probably the best thing I know.

Have a fab start of your week,

IT’S been raining two days in a row in Paris and you can really call this the “Back to Work” week or as they call it here “La Rentrée”. For some reason I’m craving sequins and glam. Sort of drifting away to a 80’s chic disco somewhere in a New York, where the music never stops nor the dance moves or bubbles on that glowing dance floor of them. Today’s glitter mood pep from my Pinterest
